After spending two years in Shanghai, Grant found himself overwhelmed missing the natural beauty of his home. From this desire sprouted the concept for naked Retreats, which was launched in 2007. Grant has since applied the naked concept and his team's branding and design expertise to an array of new businesses, ranging from naked Castle and naked Bite to our host and Shanghai's newest co-working space naked Hub.
当高天成（Grant Horsfield）在上海度过两年后，城市生活的紧张步调令他窒息，同时也令他倍加怀念家乡的自然之美。这个想法启发了他，2007年他成立裸心集团，希望创造与自然和谐一致的度假村，借由它把人们重新带回自然并欣赏自然界的简约之美，拥抱裸心式生活。现在，他和他的团队把裸心集团带入另一个阶段，从“裸心城堡”到”裸心食集“以及上海最新的联合办公场所”裸心社“（亦是这次活动场地提供方！）

Grant’s vision is to create sanctuaries that are in harmony with the environment, where people can appreciate the simple way of nature and embrace the naked Lifestyle. Grant’s tireless efforts in promoting eco-tourism in the rural areas has created jobs and pride for the local community. He received an environmental award from the Huzhou Government in 2008, and naked Stables received numerous design and sustainability awards internationally since opening in 2011.
高天成的愿景是创造一种人与自然和谐的氛围，让人们尽可能地感受与自然相处的简单之道，及拥抱”裸心“的生活方式。他在生态旅游方面所做出的不懈努力，不仅为本土居民提供了就业机会，也为当地社区带来了巨大的声誉。2008年，他被湖州市市政府授予环境保护奖项，同时裸心谷自2011年开业以来也在设计和可持续发展方面获得了许多国际奖项。

Before coming to China in 2005, Grant worked in England and South Africa with more than 10 years’ business ownership experience. With a background in IT, he launched e-Bites Limited in 2000. Operating nationally, e-Bites was both a publishing company and a call-centre facilitations company with headquarters based in Cape Town. In 2004, Grant received an MBA from University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. Upon graduation, he decided to come to China, as he saw China is where business opportunities lie.
在来到中国之前，高天成一直在英国和南非工作，并且拥有十多年的创业经验。凭借其自身的技术背景，他早在2000年推出了e-Bites有限公司，一家出版业和呼叫中心便利化公司，总部设在开普敦，服务范围遍及全国。2004年他从开普敦大学商学院获得工商管理学硕士学位，毕业后他看到中国潜在的巨大的商业机会，便决定来到中国。
